Born in Perugia, 6th of August, 1925, associated teacher at Science Faculty in the Perugia's University. ARI's member since 1954 and licenced in 1962. He joined different VHF contest during 1968/72 years and actually he participates in ARI's HF Contest usually with the IO0TIC callsign.
