Elvira, tooks the licence in 1987 and she was Oceania DX Group's vice president and als one of the of founders. She is a gymnastics teacher, married with IV3LH with two sons. She was also one of the operators in the 1997 Dxpedition to Willis Isl (VK9WY) and stil in '97 operated from Peking Radio Sports Association. Very active in WW contests, she prefers to compete in RTTY categories placing at first places. She holds the European record in RTTY WPX 95, 96 and 97 and World Wide winner in 1997 EA RTTY. She is INDXA life member and also YL and Telegraph club member.
