RULES
The Top List Award is released to DXers who can prove to have reached excellent results in their activity.
The minimum requirement is fixed at 1000 countries, using all the available HF bands, between 10 and 160 meters, WARC bands included.
Endorsements are given for each additional 100 countries confirmed, up to 2000 countries.
Only DXCC countries can be counted, deleted excluded. It is necessary to send only the total number of countries confirmed on each band, with no details of each single country contact.
Starting on 1/03/2008 qso cofirmed via LotW or qso confirmed in the online log will be considered confirmed.
For the other qsos you have to declare that all the corresponding cards have been received, and the Award Manager can ask to check them. The Award cost is fixed today at 5 Euros, or 5 dollars or 10 IRCs. Endorsements stickers, between 1100 and 2000 points can be requested with the new totals .

On top of the Award you can participate to three lists that are updated and published on a monthly basis that you can find at the following address:

The first list, TOPBANDS list, includes the total of countries confirmed on all modes using the different HF bands, WARC included. The same as the award.
The second list, TOPMODE list, includes the total of countries confirmed in SSB, CW and RTTY (including other digital modes).
The third list, TOPLIST list, is the total of the points achieved in the previous two lists.
You can participate to one or all lists, as you prefer.

REGOLAMENTO
Il Diploma Toplist e' rilasciato a tutti i DXers che possono dimostrare di avere ottenuto risultati eccellenti nella loro attivita'.
Il valore minimo e' di 1000 paesi,usando tutte le bande HF tra i 10 ed i 160 metri,WARC incluse.
Sono disponibili avanzamenti ogni 100 paesi confermati, fino a 2000 paesi.
Soltanto i paesi DXCC sono validi, esclusi i deleted. E' sufficiente mandare solo il totale dei paesi confermati in ogni banda senza elencare i singoli collegamenti.
A partire dal 1/3/2008 anche i qso confermati nel database LotW e i qso confermati nei logs online saranno considerati validi.
Per gli altri dovete dichiarare che le QSL sono in vostro possesso e l'Award Manager puo' richiedere di controllarle.
Il Diploma costa 5 Euro o 5 dollari o 10 IRC.
Sono disponibili degli stickers per gli avanzamenti tra 1100 e 2000 punti e possono essere richiesti al raggiungimento del nuovo punteggio.

La prima lista, TOPBANDS, riporta il totale dei paesi confermati sulle differenti
Bande HF,WARC incluse,in modo misto come nel Diploma Toplist.
La seconda lista ,TOPMODE, riporta il totale dei paesi confermati in SSB,CW e RTTY (compresi tutti i modi digitali).
La terza lista,TOPLIST, riporta il totale delle due precedenti liste.
Si puo' partecipare ad una o a tutte le liste.
